Slingshot is a product from Infragistics, as such, the Infragistics Privacy Policy extends Slingshot. You take privacy seriously, and so does Infragistics. It’s our way of sustaining your trust in Infragistics as well as in our products and services.

Use of Slingshot AI Services

By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Service.

Data Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To achieve this goal, meet the needs of those we serve, and support our business, we strive to ensure that AI/ML Solutions are procured, developed, and deployed ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, our corporate policies, and this Code of Conduct.

You shall establish and maintain appropriate policies and processes to promote the responsible use of AI/ML Solutions you provide or utilize in providing products or services to us. You shall cooperate with our efforts to determine if any AI/ML Solution you wish to provide to us, or use in connection with providing services to us, complies with our responsible use policies, including whether the AI/ML Solution exhibits bias or similar unintended outcomes.

• AI Summary: Summarization of conversations inside discussions, tasks activity, and chats.
• Action Items: Creation of action items from conversations that can be turned into tasks.
• Slingshot AI: Getting help on how to use Slingshot.

The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft. Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft’s Azure environment, and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI (e.g., ChatGPT, or the OpenAI API).

• Are NOT used to improve Infragistics, OpenAI, Microsoft, or third-party products or services.

Is my data used to fine-tune the model driving my company’s AI?

Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:

• Are NOT used to improve Infragistics, OpenAI, Microsoft, or third-party products or services.
• Are NOT used for automatically improving Azure OpenAI models for your use in your resource (the models are stateless).

Can my data be seen by my colleagues, Infragistics staff, or third parties?

Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:

• Are NOT available to other customers, colleagues, and third parties.
• Are NOT available to Infragistics employees.

Is my data being reported to my manager or others in my company?

Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:

• Are NOT available to your manager or any other person in your Slingshot-defined organization.

Are AI-generated results accurate?

The accuracy and correctness of chat completions (outputs from the OpenAI large-language model) cannot be guaranteed.

Can I turn off AI Services?

You have control over AI features via the Settings in Slingshot. Org Admins can turn off AI features at the Org level.
